2 x (4x50) w/ walkback recovery.

Intervals ended up being about 70-80 meters w/ slow down included. Felt good, did half in the shade and half out. This morning was a bit more manageable in terms of temp. Also, did hurdle mobility, raised the hurdles a notch and now my hips hurt.
