Second half of the workout - rhythm 200s. In the wind we were 39-41 (43 low) and with wind we were 36-39. Last one was 36, which actually had me movin a bit. My stomach was killing me the last 3, but I just stuck with it.

I'm giving more and more thought to running a 5k next week at Dr. Keeler. The 200s felt comfortable and if I can just run 40 on 40, that's a new 5k pr. Something to ponder.

Missed lifting today, but will make u tomorrow.
