Notes

Little fartlek action. Did 1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1 w/ 1 minute active recovery. Felt pretty good at the start and eventually started tuckering out around the end of the second three minute interval. Overall though, happy to get in something a little more relevant to my training.
