6x3 minute at 5k pace with Hearne. We were both having some issues (he was dealing with asthma-related problems and I was dealing with stomach-related problems). I had some sort of breakfast burrito (no cheese) from Einstein Bros in the Union basement for lunch and I think that might have led to some of my issues. Anyways, I just did not feel like I was working hard enough today. My legs were really sore from Tuesday and I just could not open my stride up at all. I felt fine immediately after each repeat and may have been better suited to just do some form of tempo. Not sure what to think. Once I feel less sore, it'll be fine.
