The workout was 4x7' with 1' recovery. Finally... a good workout. It's been quite some time, but I think I'm right where I need to be with a week before the season starts. Almost bailed because of my stomach at the beginning but it passed. I strained a little bit on the 2nd one, but then I relaxed and felt much better. Breathing was in control till the last 30 seconds, but I was finishing on a big hill, so that makes sense. I'm happy with this.
