Pretty good workout, not the best, but pretty solid. At the tempo loop, which has been re-spray painted (thanks club team). 4th one kinda came out of nowhere. Somewhat in a daze after 4 (similar to when I went through 10K in the half) and lost control of the wheel (came through 800 in 3:10), but closed in pace. Didn't feel exhausted, but felt like a good effort.
