Finally made it through a longer interval workout (at a quicker pace). Told myself that it’s ok to be uncomfortable running again and that helped because I struggled to get going on the first one but then latching onto adam without worrying about pace made a difference on #2/4. I was really happy with #3 because I felt as though I haven’t had a moment where I’ve gotten through a middle of the workout interval on pace while leading and this one was a success. 200s at the end were nice, tries to focus on running smooth and powerful. Really felt strong on the last one.
