Notes
Great run, probably best run this summer from lack of heat, hills, altitude, humidity, etc. Nostalgia loop around Frankfort and Mokena. Ran through the trails we would do in high school, did our high school tempo loop, ran through Campbell's. Fell off the log and landed in the creek in Campbell's - my high school self would be laughing at me. Cruised home. Just felt good today and enjoyed it because Florida will be swamp city ery day. Feeling fit and ready to find a race to start gearing up for.
