2.2 up, .8 down. The cooldown was really not so much of a cooldown as it was a way to get the post-workout sprints in. Did 4 sprints on the way back home - 30 seconds at mile effort, 20 seconds at 800 effort and 2 x 15 seconds at 400 effort. Felt strong.
