Notes

Ran on the treadmill later on. It was actually a very nice run. I had no stomach issues, whatsoever. I started the run from the house and ran down to the gym because with the rain I knew the roads would be rough. I ran about 6.75 on the treadmill on average about seven minute pace. I turned the speed up a little bit the last ten minutes, but nothing crazy. Today was the last full day in North Carolina. I went golfing again (played better than yesterday, putting was awful though). I sat down by the pool for a couple hours and then went paddleboarding for an hour. That is a workout in itself. I did not realize beforehand, but when you are standing up on that thing, your legs are tense the whole time to maintain balance along with your core. And then obviously, you are working your upper body paddling. Doing that an hour a day would get you pretty tone.
