Ran with Gadz this morning at Swallow Cliff. It was a pretty chilly morning out, but it made for good running. We cruised through the hills and afterwards I went to the bathroom. The rest of the run we backed off a little, but overall a pretty good run. I was kinda tired at the end. Still need new shoes.
