Notes

Woke up, L foot did not feel great, heel especially. Walked around for a little bit, drank some coffee and felt better. Figured I'd do some run-walk with the B man and see where we are at. First mile was probably half n half. 2nd Mile I ran but jaunted. Knew yesterday was heavy, probably going to take 2-3 days easy. This week is forced easy anyways because we have FOUR meets.
