Everything is kind of a struggle right now. Body is still lagging from the traveling, so can't wait to do it again in a week! This is going to be a long, laborious process getting myself back in shape. I haven't taken that much time off since I started running, so I'm starting from the ground-up... Going to try to do all the small things, starting with sobering up, which being at home is not easy since I'm not cooking my food. Also, did core and mobility today, but during my side plank my right shoulder blade tightened up again. WHEN WILL IT END?!?!!? So anyways, I guess with running consistently, I will start at about L5 this week and progress from there. Hopefully by the end of June I will be feeling more in tune with everything.
