Making progress. The first half of this run was not great. Still feel like I'm favoring my right side and that I'm just looping my left ankle around instead of swiping it forward. The swelling and discoloration are gone, but it is still sensitive to touch. Ankle exercises are helping. The second half of this run got a little bit better and I could maintain a sensible pace. I had a bathroom break issue though. Happens.
