1 @ Threshold (1' R), 4 @ RP w/ 2:30 R.
Not sure how many workouts I've done after a run in the morning - don't think its many, so happy with the result. 4th one felt harder because I went out in 5 minute pace, but last one I went out in the same pace with a different mentality (let's cruise til 400 to go) and I went out in the same as #3 and cruised <5 last 400.
