Ran with Jackie after work. It was meant to be more of a shakeout and an opportunity to get strides in more than anything. Also, I've caught up to what I'm supposed to be doing this week. I thought it was going to be hard and my body was going to feel pretty poorly after trying to catch up, but if I still feel this way tomorrow and Sunday, it shows that if you just are careful with what you are doing and make sure you are getting your recovery, you can increase volume in your training fairly easily. This was really nice. I did get very sweaty too, didn't miss the humidity
