14 minutes to Urbana, 31 with the team, 16 back home. Very rainy this morning, but it woke me up on the way over so I wasn't too unhappy. Feeling good. Got a new pair of shoes that I'm about to break in. Going to Detweiller tomorrow -- hope to see some fast times.
Started watching the Nick Symmonds Driven today. Dude's got such a great attitude and perspective when it comes to running. Hoping to carry some of his ideas and thoughts into my own running.
