Decent workout today. Ran with Evan and Hearne trailed off of us. It was decently windy and pretty chilly outside. We were supposed to run a 400 at 5k pace, a 300 at 1500 pace, and a 150 accelerating to 800 pace and another 150 at 800 pace. Our repeats consisted of us just accelerating the entire time. We were slow, definitely slower than last year (have to stop comparing workouts), but the effort felt right. I made a conscious effort to really run hard the last 150 because I never felt like we were really running the pace necessary.
