I was looking to do a 3 mile-20 minute type tempo before getting some speed. Ended up cutting after two because I was still tying up like on my run yesterday. Still a bit under the weather, but this 5:50 and 5:40 were pretty easy outside of that. Still trying to heal my ailments and run my best workout friday.
