Notes

This is what I did instead of taking the day off completely. I ran ten minutes. And then did some hill (slight incline) repeats, went to the open field and did lunge matrix as well as 2 sets of plyos. Afterwards, I did core and upper body. It was so humid out today. Probably the most I have sweat and that is saying something. I was completely drenched ten minutes in.
