Notes

Idea was to get 90 minutes of easy running followed by 30 minutes of a heightened pace. First 92 minutes were at 7:22 pace and last 28 minutes were at 6:52 pace. Closed around 6:45. Decent run. Allergies have been hitting me hard the last two days and I was definitely a little tired from this past week as a whole. Jeff joined me for bike support and just keeps the conversation rolling which always helps. Happy for the first 2 hour run this build-up.
