Did 4x800 @ 3K Effort with 2:30 recovery followed by 4-3-2-1 cutdown at mile effort.
First workout in trainers for the first time in a little while. It would have been nice to have been able to get to 2:25 or so on each of these, but I'll take consistency at 2:29. Still in the same state for the 400, couldn't quite get to the next gear, but the 300 and down felt pretty good.
