Notes

4 x 6', 1 x 3', w/ 1' recovery in-between. Ran at the arb after supervising Payton and Chian. Did not have a particularly good attitude going into this, knew it was not going to be my best workout because of Sunday's run, and kind of ran the workout like that. Was hoping to get 5x6, but after about 2.5, the heat was getting to me a bit. My second time up the hill was pretty pitiful. The last half of the 6 minute rep as well as my last 3 minute rep were on the roads because I thought that might put me in a better frame of mind. All in all, not bad, not great, but I'll take it.
