Notes
Ran to the arb, picked a bunch of stuff up at the arb and ran to race and windsor and back. Picked it up to a pretty quick clip apparently on the way back. Not a hard effort, but the sun keeps making things tough. It's just so hot and my body is not really recovering from it. Looking for a good effort tomorrow.
