Today was a pretty tough workout. I was not expecting the 1ks to be as taxing as they were, but everytime we get through one I feel pretty gassed. The group did a good job changing leads for the majority of the workout. The 2k was much tougher than last week and the group kinda dropped me, but I hit the time I was gunning for and they were 8 seconds fast. I got totally dropped on the last 1k, but I made sure to push from the hill on and push all the way through the line to give it that effort. Overall, I'm content with the workout - it could have gone better, but I think it went well.

Sean is in good shape.
