7x2' on with 2 minutes recovery. Pretty good workout - did the majority with Carter and Gable tried to keep up with us which was good to see. He needs to since Garret is out 4-6 weeks and I talked to him. We pushed a little hard the first couple of these so Carter and I modified a little by doing more of a tempo effort for the first minute and then pushing the second minute. It took a couple of these to really loosen up. My legs were pretty tired, and I was in general. Good day overall, I like what I'm seeing from everyone.
