Notes

This was not 1200 m. Probably 100-150 meters longer than that, but it was meant to be a cutdown 1200 from 83-73. Paces were probably not on as we were not following the markers, but the effort was there. I think I was a little too worried that the distance was too long to focus on actually closing the workout. Something to work on for the next workout. Overall, this was a good day.
