Pretty happy with this. Took five minutes after the "tempo" to gather myself. Just tried to stay relaxed and comfortable on all of these. I took 90 seconds after each 400 and 60 seconds after each 200. Still felt a bit tired after the 400s and then again after the 200s, but I felt pretty locked in. I think one or two more days and I should be over what is bothering me and then hope to have a strong workout Friday. Tomorrow I will probably split into two shorter runs because my legs do feel tired.
Overall, I'm happy because I worked hard today, but did not overdo it. I put forth a strong effort that boosted my confidence back up, which is all I'm really thinking about right now.
