3 mile warmup, 5x600 @5k w/400 recovery, 4x200 w/ 100 walk, 2 mile cooldown.

Workout was tough to do solo. Let myself slip a bit halfway through on the 6’s and just conceded that I wasn’t going to be able to run 90s on the recovery lap. Held together enough though and did it in trainers which I probably need to make a habit again.

Switched over to spikes for the 200 and was initially just planning to run mile pace and focus on form. These felt really strong, including my knee lift which was nice. Just decided to progress through each one and finished with a 28 which is always nice.

Barefoot cooldown on the turf and then shuffled home.
