Notes

Did not do an actual run today. My back has been bothering me, so I held off today and just did strength instead. I did 600 meters of hills. It was very humid, so I was drenched after 1 sprint. Beforehand, I had been jogging around and playing some frisbee toss with my dad. After hills, I did lunge matrix with weights, upper body, and core. Outside of this, today was pretty relaxing, we went golfing on a beautiful course and then sat around and I finished the second Game of Thrones novel while it rained.
