Workouts are becoming more difficult to accomplish before practice but I tried to do a cutdown workout. I only got through a mile and an 800 before time ran out. But it was a solid mile and 800 and they left me feeling good and like i could do more which is a feeling I like having.

Practice was good. The kids impressed me with their workout today.
