Good run today. Started with a decent size group but it whittled down to Libby, Payton and I with Olivia on bike support. Today was just an easy run with some 30 second surges thrown in. We got moving pretty well on these surges and settled in to a good pace. This will be sufficient today, just prepping for tomorrow's big run.
