"This run is pretty awful." That's what I kept thinking to myself as I continued chugging along. I just did not feel good today. That could be a result of the workout yesterday, or it could be the continuing gradual decline of my physical and mental well-being. If so, that will hopefully get better come Friday post 3:00. This is the last run in my shoes. My feet felt bruised today at the beginning and my knees felt like they were getting no shock absorbance at all -- so, its time.

Side-note: I weighed myself today and I'm down a couple pounds. Not sure if that has to do with my loss of energy, but I need to make sure that I am eating normal meals (which I have been) and snacking throughout the day on stuff like nuts or if I can find it, salad (which I have not been doing, consistently).

The weight loss could be from taking meat out of your diet since you've probably cut a lot of fatty foods. Make sure you're getting enough iron, that could be why you're tired now. Your body may be using up its reserves now that you're farther into your new diet, but I can't be sure because I don't know everything you eat
