Late breakfast - Oats & Quinoa 1:15 before race - got there late but warmed up 1 mile and striders just in time. great start - downhill then mostly flat course with 2 slight hills. Felt terrific first mile Then had an ipod issue and dealt with that for .25 miles - tried to regain pace and struggled during 2nd mile - 3rd mile focused on runner next to me. Started kick a little late at 3 mile mark - couldn't go any harder at the end. Should be an age group PR for me. Windy conditions, Wore shorts, LS and SS T-shirt.
