Ran well, wanted to run negative splits and did. GPS not 100% accurate. VERY windy, shorts, LS & SS t-shirts and windbreaker vest. Oatmeal, with some nuts & dried cranberry about 2 hours before start plus 8 oz H2O. Felt strong for most of race, miles 7 & 8 challenging to hold pace. Finish solid with great kick. 2 days later experiencing pain on outside of left knee ? IT Band perhaps ?
