Notes
More of a training run than a race - tried to keep pace above 9:00 until last 1.4 miles. Passed lots of runners coming in. Hot spots on feet - thought they would have been blisters but lucky they weren't. Wore bamboo socks and no blister powder. Tried Brooks Adrenaline with no inserts for this distance - feet OK. Wore long sleeve shirt due to cold morning. Stop Watch time different due to dropping gloves off at car during the race !
Still having a bit of calf issue - right calf. Knees a little sore on Monday too.
