First run in a while, BAA 10K on 21 Jun 15. Beautiful run. I think the first one (for me) that I didn't wear gloves (shorts and a short sleeve shirt). Darrell will be retired soon, and I'll be laid off on 18 Jun 15 -- so, it was really nice to catch up with Darrell. Lowe back feels tight on the left--not good, as I was in the ER at Lahey about 4-6 weeks ago...they determined it was an imbalance in my back (not a kidney stone).
