With Darrell Trasko. Back is still hurting. At the beginning, my left lower half had a couple of cramps/wierd shit (it stung me a couple of time),....then it stopped. Thought I wouldn't be able to run....but it quickly quieted down. Ran for 39 minutes, went upstairs to roll out my legs and stretch. With the foam roller done, I went to stretch and I cramped up (and it's not the same cramp/weird thing that happened at the beginning of the run). After 5-10 I was able to stretch...ugh. Wrote to trainer asking her input.
