Felt slow....felt like I needed to defecate the whole run (Uncomfortable). On return, just after bridge two--the birds were chirping out of control (In all these years of running--I've never heard this)--it was like the movies (i.e., the Birds?). Then like a flip of a switch, the birds stopped...eerie.
