Snow all over the sidewalks. This is how I got hurt last year--running through this stuff. It was OK to run--not great. It did slow me down...which is fine. Plan has always been to put running on hold o/a 15 Dec--until April--or whenever the weather breaks. Run was still great, pretty dark at the start (wore my relfective belt) but a great was to start the day. Knee is sore--even though it's fine to run on (i.e., no pai while running).
