Got these cheap @ San Diego Marathon expo. These are for racing short distances (1mie to 8K) and speed work. (STRIKE:

I was starting not to like these shoes, but after 70 miles and staying with the Flat Feet, they seem to working out fine. I seem to like them more with faster tempo's, and less with slower. Speed not being a factor, just cadence.
At 413 miles, will add flat feet insoles back. (NOT!! DIdn't do that. i stopped wearing these after the 1/1/10 trail race but may wash them and use them for easy runs.)
Came out of retirement with a wash on 1/17/12. Let's see if they make good trail shoes. |
