Age Grade I'm 57.7%. Just above average... Ho Hum.
THeresa PR'd her 5k. I did good, another smart race. I was supposed to stay between 7:30-7:47. According to the GPS I was behind for most of the first mile before I picked it up. I probably could've stepped it up the last two miles to PR, but I was ok with my pace and didn't push it too hard. Mission Accomplished. Shoes were good. No pain, good roll. No Issues. I think they feel just as fast as the adrenaline.
