Perfect running conditions. Was not expecting much since I haven't been training other than easy runs now and then. Hoping for sub 8:00 min pace. Was feeling pretty good early though, but didn't want to make the same mistakes as I did at Shamrock by going out to fast. Was doing pretty good until I found out the course was long and slowed down big time! had to make an attitude adjustment and focused on staying sub 8 and run my OWN half marathon, which was 1:40:46. I'm happy with the adjusted time since my GPS tends to be always long. Cool thing, I beat my shamrock time! :) Now I just need to break 1:40 again.
