Lost too much weight before race. Walked after mile 5 after a perfect split. Last half was 4 minutes slower. The heat didn't bother me as much as the shoes and lack of fuel did. I think these beasts wore out to quick from all the long runs.
9/18/08-My 10 mile training mile in neighborhood was 8:16.... new PB. Stupid, didn't you see the notes a few days ago that said I should use the Adrenaline GTS?
