It was AWESOME!! And pain free. Since I didn't do my GMP on Thursday, and I was supposed to do 10 w/ last 2 GMP today, I decide to do 10 w' middle 6 GMP... that turned out to be 10 w/ last 8 at GMP. Since I couldn't slow down very well, I added a 7:35 mile to bring up the pace. The second one was actually going up hill. Last 8 averaged 7:23.9. Perfect. I was a little tired and hip was starting to ache a little on last couple of miles, but this is good. I felt so good, I wanted to run 7 more miles after work.... shhh...... but I swam.
