ankle and hip and knee were feeling it last 3-4 miles. Before then I was feeling good. My strategy was 7:30 and progress to 7:00 pace, but the early pack was going 6:30's, I spent too much effort slowing down. Need to get to the front side so I can let people pass me in the middle and get to my pace earlier. other than that good race. Going to use flat foot insoles in these shoes and see how that feelts. But good race.
Ha ha. 2/11/2010. It's funny seeing me talk about flat foot insoles. Dude, I'm racing 10k's in Lunar Racers, and marathon's in Lunar Glides. I don't need no stinkin' flat foot insoles..... ha ha!
