Cold and wet but thanfully not that windy. Tried to start slow but then just ran with whatever song was playing. I posted on facebook something like "harder than I wanted, but easier than expected. Slower than I should be, but faster than I was. I'm getting there, back to what I was. And at this weight too... just think If I could lose it. Good run, good 30 miles in 3 days. Very happy with this week.
