Dude it was dark and scary first couple of miles. I think that's why I started out fast, realizing I had... say... TWENTY MILES TO RUN TODAY!!! Workout was 20 w/ 6@GMP. My new GMP is 7:38 (3:20 marathon). Though I made the time, I ran it a bit too fast getting behind this one ol' guy with his daughter on the bike. I was just tagging along behind him. Thank God he slowed down from a 7:16 pace to a 7:28 pace. I wasn't as comfortable at the end as I wanted, but turned out that was the best recovery ever!! Look at those splits. Almost all negative. What's kind of strange is there are a couple of laps that are positive splits.. but going down hill (net). Anyway, awesome run. Was feeling ok afterwards. I think I could have done 6 more miles in the eights, but not @GMP. I'm going to have to trust the taper. Here are my overall splits, all NON stop. Not even walking.
