The first 5-6 miles were BRUTAL on my achilles but that finally loosened up a bit. It was still a typical painful 20. The best parts were the faster miles running with Kurt capping off his 14 miles. Glad I wore the stable shoes for this easy run. I need to stop wearing racing flats so much for long runs.
4/6/10- I'm not sure about wearing racing flats as much as I need to make sure I stretch now and recover. The LunarElites seem to be the only shoes that are making my exising issues worse. I ran in the lunarlite trainers today and stretched afterwards (leg press, legs on the wall.. ) and they feel fine.
