Not bad for not training for shit! I ran more miles in this week than the week totals of the last 5 weeks, including one fat 0 week. Tried to slow down the first half and I don't think it helped. In fact, I think it hurt since it's not my style. So no more slowing down the first half. Start strong, end weak. :)
